At Coastal Beach Weddings, we provide years of experience planning and coordinating weddings on the World's Most Beautiful Beaches. We strive to create a relaxing and elegant environment for you and your family to sit back and enjoy your special day. Additionally, our attention to detail and passion for photography ensures you will receive beautiful and timeless images to cherish for a lifetime.
We recommend booking Coastal Beach Weddings as soon as possible to secure your wedding date. We only take a limited number of weddings per year to ensure that we can provide the best possible service to our clients. However, we understand that sometimes things happen last minute, so feel free to contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
We are based out of Panama City Beach, Florida. However, we can also provide services in Gulf County for an additional travel fee.
Fill out a contact us form with your desired wedding date and wedding package of choice. Coastal Beach Weddings will contact you to confirm availability or discuss other options if your date is unavailable.
If we can meet your needs, we will send a contract via email for your review. Signed contract must be returned within ten days of receipt, along with your deposit. After booking, we will email you a "Next Step" email for your review. We will then schedule a telephone planning meeting to discuss all aspects of your wedding in detail.
Please understand recommendations for your ceremony location as well as lodging and other referrals are part of the service we provide. We offer these recommendations after we have a signed commitment from you.
During our telephone meeting we will discuss the different types of beach locations as well as pro’s and con’s of each location. At some locations there is an additional fee to use the beach, that cost is not included in your package price.
Your photographer will start taking pictures when guests arrive to the beach. We find this is a fun way to kick off your beach wedding. Your photographer will continue capturing your processional, ceremony and recessional. Most couples choose to end their ceremony at the water's edge. This provides the perfect backdrop for a group photo, followed by family, bridal party, and couple-only formal and romantic shots. All photos are taken at the beach ceremony location.
The number of images received are listed on each wedding package and addressed in the signed contract you will have with Coastal Beach Weddings. More photography time can be added for pre-wedding and post-wedding reception pending photographer availaibility. Additional photography time starting at $150 per hour with an estimated 30 images for additonal hour.
All packages include an online viewing gallery for easy viewing and sharing. Within 30-45 days, you will receive a link to your gallery with copyright release. You may share and print your photos as you wish!

You have the option to utilize our inventory of silk and wooden bouquets at no additional cost. Fresh flowers are available as a Special Service add on.
No, we would be happy to provide a package credit for anything you do not need (for example: if you provide your own Officiant, Photographer, or music if applicable).
As part of the planning process, we will walk you through the steps to obtain your Florida Marriage License.
After planning and developing your wedding timeline, most couples are comfortable forgoing the traditional wedding rehearsal. But, if you feel you need to add a rehearsal with the Wedding Coordinator, we can add an 1-hour rehearsal to your package for $150.
If you choose "A Day to Remember" Wedding Package, we would be happy to meet with you in-person for one scheduled appointment. For the other packages, our in-person consultation fee is $50 per hour for a scheduled appointment. Please note: all of our packages provide telephone planning meetings and unlimited emails.
We always recommend our couples have a “contingency plan" in the event of inclement weather. During your telephone planning meeting we will discuss this aspect with you in detail.
If you cancel your reservation there is no refund of your deposit. We do offer a “reschedule date” within six months of your wedding date pending availability.
