Ceremony Set-Up

Do you want an elegant beach wedding, but are overwhelmed with how to set up a wedding on the beach?  Let us take care of your beach ceremony set-up and take down, allowing you to provide your own Officiant, Photographer and Coordinator.  Designed to accommodate 24 seated guests (with option to upgrade to 40 seated guests). 

  

Ceremony Set-Up Package $1650 

Deposit to book wedding $250 * Remaining balance due 30 days prior to wedding


Package includes

  • Bamboo Arbor decorated with choice of draping 
  • Choice of ceremony sign
  • Choice of aisle markers
  • Raking of ceremony location and sandy aisle 
  • Set up, break down, and cleaning of the ceremony location

  • Unity Sand Ceremony with choice of all sand colors and keepsake heart-shape container, with option to include children in the Unity Sand Ceremony as a blending of the family.
  • Linen draped ceremony table

  • Up to 24 white padded, resin chairs
  • Option to add up to 16 additional chairs $10/each

  • Keepsake heart-shaped bottle for Unity Sand Ceremony 
  • ​Keepsake Starfish accent
