A Day to Remember

A Day to Remember Wedding Package provides all you will need for your premium, beachfront wedding.  Enjoy the traditional aspects of an elegant wedding ceremony while on the World's Most Beautiful Beaches.  Designed for up to 40 seated guests.  Package includes Wedding Coordinator, Wedding Officiant, Photography Package, Bamboo Arbor with choice of decor, ceremony sign and aisle markers, up to 5 bouquets and Groom's  boutonnière, ceremony music, rose petal toss, and concluding toast & dances on the beach.


This package is designed for up to 40 seated guests.

Package includes

  • 3-Pole Bamboo Arbor decorated with choice of draping 
  • Choice of 1 ceremony sign and 2 directional signs for easy beach access   
  • Choice of coordinating aisle markers
  • Choice of Specialty Station (Welcome table, Memory table, or Drink Station) 
  • Shoe check station with hand towels for those who don't appreciate "sand between the toes" 
  • Raking of ceremony location and sandy aisleway
  • Set up, break down, and cleaning of the ceremony location

  • Unity Sand Ceremony with choice of all sand colors and keepsake heart-shape container, with option to include children in the Unity Sand Ceremony as a blending of the family.
  • Concluding Shell Blessing with use of basket of shells 
  • Linen draped ceremony and toasting table   

  •  Ceremony music with selection of pre-ceremony, ceremony, and post-ceremony music
  • Large Amp Speaker

  • Up to 40 white padded, resin chairs
  • Medium size shell placed on each chair, as well as basket of shells for concluding Shell Blessing
  • Reserved Signs and/or hanging Starfish on first row

  • Use of Bridal Bouquet and up to four coordinating bouquets – Soft Silk Romantic, Greenery and Wooden Floral, or Boho Chic

  • Professional Beach Wedding Photographer will arrive 30 minutes prior to ceremony and stay up to 1 1/2 hours after ceremony 
  • Photography to include guest arrival, processional, ceremony, recessional, and post ceremony activities on the beach with Bride & Groom and up to 40 guests 
  • Photographer's props or option to bring your own
  • Photographer's Posing Guide emailed to Bride or Groom
  • 200 edited, high resolution images with Digital Download 
  • Optional easy sharing of Digital Downloads with Friends and Family
  • Full copyright release of edited images with recommendations for online professional print labs

  • Three scheduled telephone planning meetings and unlimited emails with Wedding Coordinator to select package items and develop ceremony timeline
